- Add oil to your cooking pot once heated add whole cumin after few seconds add the onions and let them brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste once onions brown.
- Add you handful of spinach, green chilli paste and coriander. And then add the dry spices to this.Stir and let it cook.
- Add tomato purée and let it cook for ten minutes and add the chicken cubes.
- Stir it and add 1/2 cup water and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked and let the water burn and the curry to thicken. Garnish with coriander before serving.
