Miso paste is fermented and aged soybean paste that's full of salty flavor…it adds not only saltiness, but incredible depth, when combined with an unsalted chicken or vegetable broth. In a large bowl combine the rice, spinach, and tofu. Now, reserving a bit of each for garnish, stir in the olives, and red onion, pine nuts and olive oil.
