- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients. And make a semi thin batter.
- Heat the steamer put little water in steamer.In a greased plate add batter and steam the dhoklas for 20 min on slow medium flame
- After that take pan for tempering and add all ing. And put this tempering over dhoklas.
- Serve hot garnishing with desiccated coconut.
