Place a teaspoon of filling in the centre of a wonton wrapper. Make chicken wontons: Combine chicken, water chestnuts, spring onion, garlic, ginger, oil and soy sauce in a bowl.

- Stir 5 cloves of garlic until they turn golden, then put in the chicken breast. Wait until the chicken turn light brown.

- Wait for 5-10 minutes and then put it aside.
