The ingredients needed to make Macaroni & Cheese:
  1. Get Box Macaroni noodles-Cooked
  2. Make ready 8 oz Cheddar cheese
  3. Make ready Block Velvetta Cheese
  4. Make ready 1-2 cups Milk
  5. Get 1-2 cup flour
  6. Get 1 -white onion
  7. Take 2 T mustard or Honey Dijon Mustard
  8. Prepare 1/2 TSP paprika
  9. Take 8 oz chicken broth
Steps to make Macaroni & Cheese:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt stick of butter and sauté onions till soft then add flour to make a rue. Add mustard. Mix together.
  3. Add broth and mik to rue slowly.. Stirring constantly. Let slightly bubble..stirring frequently. Then add Velveeta cheese in pieces while stirring to melt.
  4. Add sauce to cooked pasta. Combine. Mix then top with shredded cheese, sprinkle with Paprika.
  5. Bake in oven till cheese turns slightly brown and bubbly
