- Now make balls of the dough.
- Take one ball and make thin and big roti of it.
- Heat the flat pan and put roti over it.
- The roti should be soft otherwise will create problem in folding.
- Now spread the stuffing on it evenly leaving half inch at the end of the edge.
- Fold it slowly and tightly.
- Wrap it with the cling or foil paper.
- Likewise make all rolls.
- Keep it in the fridge for 20 mins.
- After that remove it and cut into pinwheels.
