- Add eno
- Pour little water on eno and mix well
- Add water in idle stand

- When water starts boiling keep these molds in idli stand
- Cover idli stand
- Cook Idli for 8 to 10 minutes on high flame
- For chutney. In mixer jar add coconut, roasted chane,salt,curd and geen chilli
- Blend all.chutney is ready.
