  3. Add eno
  4. Pour little water on eno and mix well

  6. Now add this batter in greeced idli molds
  7. When water starts boiling keep these molds in idli stand
  8. Cover idli stand
  9. Cook Idli for 8 to 10 minutes on high flame
  10. For chutney. In mixer jar add coconut, roasted chane,salt,curd and geen chilli
  11. Blend all.chutney is ready.
  12. Ready to serve.
