- Keep the chalni on pan and covered it.

- Place the pieces (pinwheels) in a plate.
- Take a tadka pan. add 2 tbsp oil. Then add 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp white til and 7 to 8 curry leaves.

- You can also add cumin seeds in tadka as your desire
- You can also add sambar masala in stuffing. I hv used it because I luv southindian flavour. It makes your dish more spicy and delicious.
