  1. Peel and cut yam into small cubes.
  2. In a pot add the vegetable oil and onion allow to sauté and add the blended tomatoes and pepper fry for some minutes and add water enough to cook the yam.
  3. Add the yam to the boiling mixture cook for 10 minutes then add the roasted fish, onions, crayfish, seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Use spoon to march the yam to form a thick paste.
