- Add mashed tofu from step 1. Add finely chopped onion. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes
- Add sliced onion for topping
- Pour eggs and add chopped spring onion. Cover the pan and let it cooked for 3 minutes
- Move the tofu omellete to a plate. Ready to serve
